PRE-MED MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
The Surgical Simulation Club's Mentorship Program is designed for aspiring medical students who seek a deeper understanding of the surgical path. We connect passionate mentees with experienced mentors to foster a community of learning, professional growth, and technical excellence.
Mentees receive personalized guidance on clinical skills, academic preparation, and the realities of surgical residency. By bridging the gap between classroom theory and operating room practice, we provide the foundational support needed to empower the next generation of surgical leaders.
MEETING FREQUENCY
We hold bi-weekly virtual check-ins and monthly in-person strategy sessions to ensure consistent progress and support throughout your medical journey.
MENTOR PAIRING
Mentees are matched with experienced medical students and surgical residents based on their specific areas of interest and career goals.
SIMULATIONS & SHADOWING
Gain exclusive access to high-fidelity surgical simulations and regional shadowing opportunities arranged through our clinical partners.
